As part of our emphasis on commercial redevelopment, our Town Square brand encompasses several of our projects as we pursue our passion to participate in the revitalization of and investment in America’s town squares and main streets. Just minutes from Tim’s Ford Lake, a popular vacation destination for Nashville families, is historic downtown Winchester, TN. With a town square full of potential, we’ve invested in the revitalization of multiple buildings, most notably Collins Seed–a beautiful stand-alone building just off the square with incredible 1920s architecture– and Livery Events–the town’s wedding venue. We’ve brought in businesses to occupy multiple buildings on the town square, breathing life into a beautiful lake-living oriented town.
